Rude Bollock Dagger 14thC and 15thC

A devilishly rude version of the classic 14th and 15th Century medieval bollock dagger!

They were worn by civilians and were also the side arms of choice for archers and this one is for those who like to push the boundaries.

Bollock daggers are in fact a rude medieval joke and this is a ruder than usual version of this 14^thand 15^thC dagger. Strong single edged blade fitted to a carefully carved grip and finished with a brass peen washer and housed in a double layer vegtan leather sheath.

Overall length 34cm/13.5″

Blade length 21cm/8.25″

Edge sharpness

Semi-Sharp is ‘butter knife sharp’; it has a very fine flat on the edge

Sharp has been ground to give a reasonable cutting edge, but final honing, if required, is by the customer.

Please note: The colours may vary in tone from the photos here.  Each skin of leather is different and reacts differently to the dye so they may be darker or lighter in tone.
