Kintyre: The Past Doesn’t Forget

A retired detective is lured back to a case that was never properly investigated.
What he finds is not a mistake, but a decision.

Across Scotland and Ireland, organised crime operates alongside those we pay and trust to stop it. Some protect it. Some profit from it. And some truths were never meant to surface.

Kintyre, The Past Doesn’t Forget, is a tale spanning decades. A tale of loss, the power of lasting love, and the bringing to account of those responsible for the destruction of lives, of futures, and of identity.

Young women are torn from their lives, abused and used at will, and ultimately discarded as worthless. Their loved ones destined never to find peace or closure from their loss. Until people like Eddie Weir and his formidable partner Kim Kerr make it their business to uncover the truth.

As a rookie in 1981 Eddie had been distracted and diverted, only sensing that things weren’t right, but now, hot on the trail of those responsible, there can be no let up in the quest to bring those responsible to justice.
