Jacob’s Cream Cracker tin

Imported from England, a tin of Jacob’s Cream Crackers was an expensive commodity in the past. As such, the tin wasn’t thrown away after the crackers were finished but kept for use as a storage container. The surface of the tin is the lid. In older versions, the design was printed on paper that is then pasted on the metal. The version here from the 1960s -70s has the design printed directly on the metal.
