Mini-Mutant Party Wagon with Newscycle and Mini-Mutant Toon Raphael Figure!

When the Mini-Mutant Turtle Party Wagon takes to the small street, you can bet that Mini-Mutant Raphael is behind the wheel. He’s one dedicated dude who doesn’t let anything get in the way of cleanin’ up the foul Foot scum. Armed with super small armor and high speed wheels, the Mini-Mutant Party Wagon can speed through the whole town faster than Raphael can eat a double anchovy and ice cream pizza – wow! But it’s not all speed and no punch, either, the Mini-Mutant Party Wagon is equipped with all sorts of high-tech Turtle stuff for spottin’ and stoppin’ the Foot Clan. Just when the action picks up, Raphael hops on his Mini-Mutant Newscycle and kicks into high gear. The fastest thing on two wheels, the Mini-Mutant Newscycle gets Raphael where he needs to be fast, and when he gets there he gets all the action on tape, thanks to the Mini-news camera – now if only he could get rid of all the bugs between his teeth.
